A White gold in color, it offers a very complex nose which mixes honeysuckle, lemon, clementine and fresh butter aromas, followed by notes of hazelnut and a touch of honey. THE OLDEST CHAMPAGNE HOUSE (1584). Celebris is the tête de cuvée. The rosé gets it hue from an addition of grand cru red still wine. 11.5 years on the lees.
