A five-course evening with Checkerboard Vineyards of Napa Valley: a reception pour, two single-vineyard Cabernets side by side, and a back-vintage red to close.
Join us for a wine tasting and dining experience with Checkerboard Vineyards, the Napa Valley estate whose Aurora Vineyard and Coyote Ridge Cabernets we pour side by side at the entree. Reception at 6:00, seated at 6:30.
Reception A glass on arrival. 2025 Rose.
First course Charred red snapper, olive oil panzanella salad. Block 5 Sauvignon Blanc.
Second course Braised spiced short rib, sweet onion, cherries. 2022 Kings Row Red Blend.
Entree Cocoa-rubbed prime rib-eye, potato puree. Side by side single-vineyard Cabernets: Aurora Vineyard and Coyote Ridge.
Cheese and dessert Artisan cheese, aged Gouda, Parmigiano Reggiano and dried fruits. Back-vintage red.
